In order to improve the monitoring capability of marine biological ecological environment, a model environment based on complex dynamic network is proposed, and an optimal deployment method nodes for multi-sensor fusion tracking scheduling constructed. An optimized topological structure node constructed; output link designed by combining load balancing adjustment method; spatial block technology adopted adaptive weighted learning multiple coverage links node; construct multi-coverage equilibrium nodes; analysis carried out hierarchical established; realized principal component fuzzy clustering method. The simulation results show that bio-ecological has better intelligence accuracy, reduces error rate communication, improves balanced monitoring. stability data transmission improved. It provides favorable basis
